HELPING NEW YORK YOUNG ADULTS

TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES.

Young adults (ages 18-40) have special needs, including: stress and anxiety; adjusting to new life events; trauma-related issues (e.g., as a result of previous abuse or neglect); grief and loss issues; depression; relationship issues (e.g., family conflict, bullying, and domestic violence); and difficulty managing anger. Because of the limited services in New York that address the specific needs of this population, I created a practice that focuses on them. Whatever issues you are  experiencing, I am here to help guide you through the process of attaining your goals so you can live to your fullest psychological, physical, social, and academic or occupational potential.
